Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 10 Start Date Revealed!

Following the immense success of the ninth season of BBNaija not just in Nigeria but across Africa, Multichoice has recognized that this show resonates with customers and a 10th season will be brought back to provide viewers with exciting local content they love.

Big Brother Naija channel will broadcast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 10 weeks.

  • The grand prize of a ₦120m.
  • The return of the Ninjas who are an integral part of housemates’ experience in the house.
  • The return of the live audience.

When and where did the auditions for this season happen?

The online audition for the new BBNaija Season 10 kicks off on March 26, 2025 and ends on May 3, 2025 on the Africa Magic website.

It is open to Nigerians from the ages of 21 and above, with valid identity documents.

The new season’s winner will walk away with a whopping ₦120m grand prize, which includes a top range SUV from Nigerian automaker, INNOSON motors, dairy products cartons, Pepsi supply for 1 year + merchandise, mobile phone, detergent cartons, soap products, a trip for two and other consolation prizes.

Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, a former housemate and the host of the last season, will return as this season’s host.

As is the norm, the theme of each season isn’t revealed until the live launch show when Ebuka announces it.

The identity of Big Brother is a mystery and will remain so before, during and after the show.

Entries received from the online auditions were screened for eligibility and suitability.

Successful entries were further screened, and the final shortlist selected after standard psych evaluations, interviews and medicals.

Housemates will live and interact normally in the house as they have been cleared of any medical conditions, including COVID-19.
